And conducted a pricing analysis to help our clients understand how the different sterilization modalities impacted the competitor’s financial margins. Variable cost of the different modalities when applied to the competitor’s product included:
- Location of facilities that are capable of the technology
- Usage costs, shipping costs
- Comparison to our client’s sterilization modality
